Superboard 600D, how to convert to Eprom Monitor

I'm trying to figure out how to re-jumper the Superboard 600D to use a Intel 2716 for the Syn600 monitor (in preparation to swap in CEGMON).

Anyone know the correct changes?

Found the issue, two jumpers to move.
