Wow 50 8" floppys. Would love to see a list of what you have and work on creating some WinOSI image files with autoSI.
I cant help with the Gotek-8" sorry, my Gotek lives in a plastic bag till needed.

I have a number of S-100 machines (IMSAI 8080, Sol-20 etc) that I've been able to get working with Gotek (HxC and FF flashed) drives. The machines use 8" drive controllers, and I use this adaptor board to do the 32 to 50 pin signal changes:
