Schematic and Parts Layout for KLyball D-13 Data Separator Ver 2.0?

Is there a schematic, parts layout, and parts list for the Ver 2.0 D-13 data separator board? I have a blank board and would like to build it up, but I've only seen info here on an older version of the board.
