Ohio Scientific Superboard II with Votrax Type 'N Talk
A quick test using the my Superboard II computer's RS232 port to send data to a Votrax speech synthesiser.
The Votrax pins 5-8-20 tied together, Pin 3 RS232 data from Superboard II and pin 7 to GND. Then poking F001 Hex ACIA Serial port, poke 64511,char for each character and with poke 64511,13 for the end of line. I have no hardware flow control so then I'm just putting a small delay after sending each character. This is not 100% reliable but I'm going to continue to experiment with this setup.
