I am slowly building the Klybal superboard 2, and am on page 19 of the Superboard Assembly manual. It says:
"All of these combinations except Pin 18 to Pin 21, Pin 18 to 24 and Pin 21 to 24 should indicate an open circuit".
My tests reveal:
Pin 12 to Pin 18
Pin 21 to Pin 24
I am assuming that there is a mistake in it saying Pin 18 to 21 and it should be Pin 18 to Pin 12. Is this accurate?
But I also am NOT getting a closed circuit on Pin 18 to Pin 24. Ideas of why this would be the case? Is the board different?

The Rom sockets and associated circuitry have been pre wired for 2716 eprom's makes it plug and play
