I may scan FBOSI #2 but the pages are likely to fall out. I guess better than just sitting around.
I've also got a missing Aarvark journal that will complete the collection. Anyone able to turn these into searchable pdfs ?
Rene, a new member, just scanned Aardvark Journal volume 3 no. 2, which I still need to put up.

I'm able to run OCR on the PDF's, using Acrobat, which makes them searchable. If you find a PDF on the site that's not searchable, let me know and I'll fix it.

Cheers,

Dave

I still need to get this off cassette. Looks like I'll have to invest in an actual old-style cassette player. I'm sad to say, I haven't had one since the early 80's. The first thing I did when I retrieved my OSI was to slap on a Max232 chip, and never thought about acquiring a cassette deck.

Cheers,

Dave

I'm also happy to send my cassettes to someone with a cassette player to get the programs off cassette and into audio files or ASCII form.

Thanks Dave. I like Phils idea of reading first into Audacity in case the oxide starts to peel. Mark maybe able to help us here as he did for Steve.

I found the video swap driver cassette. By the way, what does it do?
