@Jeff, it looks as if you actually have all the pages stitched together, and the only thing left is to combine them into a PDF. Is that right? If so, I'll get started on it and get it posted.

Yes, when I posted the files, I realized that I was further along than I had remembered. If you can combine them, that would be great and save me some effort.

Gary combined them, and I'm OCR'ing and shrinking the PDF right now. I'll post it soon. Many thanks for this!

I have posted the PDFs (full resolution and optimized/smaller size) in the manuals section of the site.
