I have had four Superboards over the years. Bought the bare board and an American based TV standards \black and white monitor (Taiwanese).
Made the power supply and case and I was off. Next big purchase was a floppy drive 360K single sided which I thought was a quantum leap forward in technology. I put in several CEGMON (UK based) ROMS of various types to extend the basic etc. An Australian firm produced an add on board which was
about the same size as the Superboard called Rabble Aussie (OZI get it?)
This gave PIA, ACIA, Memory and sound generating chips.
I still have a lot of OSI and Rabble OZI documentation if anyone is interested.
I did the dreaded 1 to 2 M/hz clock modification and my board was a sea of track joining wires and track cuts.
I enjoyed OSI and I learnt a lot about computers.
From the OSI it was on to an IBM clone, windows and all the other drama.
