Call for 8" OSI floppy disks

Post by MK14HAK »

Hi all,

Seems I may be the only person on the planet with a working OSI 8" disk system (although I could be wrong).
So in my endless pursuit to preserve everything before it's all gone, I'm asking if any of you have any 8" OSI floppies that I could 'borrow' and backup, and of course I will send everything back when done.

The actual disk copy process is simple, the problem seems to be the lack of OSI floppy disks and software that still remain in the wild. Lets save what we can..now!

Thanks for listening again ! ;)

A few of us have working disk systems. I'm hesitant to mail my floppies anywhere, though. Long term project (like, I've been meaning to work on it for *years*) is to come up with a way to dump and restore 8" disks a la ADTPro on native hardware.
