Re: New member - Old C1P user
Hello again!
Well, the bug has bitten, hard!
I had a local company make the Klyball 600D pc board (3
boards, minimum order )
Received yesterday... a perfect rendition, sans solder mask or silk-screen, they certainly look the part!
I purchased a bare 610 board on Ebay, and was so surprised, it was delivered this week!
Don't yet have an A15 data separator pcb... Ebay shipping from Canada is 10 times the cost of the board...
Probably have it made locally...
I was over the moon when my local component supplier advised that they had all the components in stock, except the N8T28 tri-state bus drivers and 2114 ram chips, which I've ordered from suppliers on Ebay, standard shipping is usually one month, sometimes longer... (Bulgaria is a looooong way away!)
I also won a local auction for a cassette tape machine, for $3, which needed a new belt... but, I 3D printed one! Works perfectly (It has the requisite 3 digit counter)
Currently bidding on a set of TWO 5¼" floppy drives (Teac)
Cherry MX key switches came from Amazon, delivered already!
So, all I need now are key caps...
Are any available?
H.

For keycaps I'd suggest you contact Dave via PM.
I don't know if he has any keycap sets left but he supplied mine.
As for the data separator, I think there is a Klyball variant, so you can probably have some made locally, as with the mainboard.
Good luck with your build!
