Re: 505 board from 2mhz --> 1mhz

Sorry it took so long to get around to this.

So I booted OS65D3.2 (NMHz), and checked $267B and it was indeed $62, so it looks like my C4 is running at 2mhz.

As always, thanks for the info.

Re: 505 board from 2mhz --> 1mhz

Hi Dave, Thanks for the reply. I always assumed the C4 was running at 2mhz, but now that I think of it, maybe it was the C2 that was at 2mhz, and the C4 was at 1mhz. Is there anyway to tell without pulling the machine apart? I only ask because every time I pull it apart, it usually doesn't work afte...

505 board from 2mhz --> 1mhz

Hi,
Been wondering how to change the 505 board from 2mhz to 1mhz operation.
My best guess is to re-jumper the 4mhz clock entering pin 12 of the UGD Counter (7493N) to pin 9...but yes, that's just a guess.

Cheers

Re: Starting on backlog of updates

Great!

Don't forget the 30+ OSI docs I scanned.
These are sitting in our shared dropbox folder.

Cheers

Re: WinOSI lives!

This is fantastic news.
I was planning to download it last weekend, but work became all consuming. This weekend I'll give it a spin.

Thanks for all the hard work.
Having tools like this makes osi life much more enjoyable and easier.

Re: *** Erik's collection of disk dumps now available ***

Good to hear the return of Erik's disk went smoothly.
I got confirmation he received them safely.

We're now well underway with our OSI library!

Re: Finished 600/610 replica project

Were you able to get the some high res images of the boards before you built them up?
if so, is there a place where they can be downloaded?

Cheers

P.S. your machine is a work of art!
