Re: 525 Board
Dave's web site is becoming a mine of information these days. See under Tips, Tricks and Notes for the molex parts. http://osiweb.org/misc/osi-replacement-parts.txt There is also the possibility of using Bills RAM / ROM board as mentioned under your 527 topic post. http://osiweb.org/osiforum/viewtop...

Re: C4PMF Memory Expansion
Tom, you could use one of Bills memory expansion boards. http://osiweb.org/osiforum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=180
Either remove the 527 or use a smaller 16K*8 ram in place of the 32K on either of these expansion boards. (Small decoding/gal change required)

470B usage on 600RevD / 502
I have a 470B that started life as a printer port card but I have populated it to use as a FDC. Its a real birds nest with motor control, dual sided ,data sep mods etc - but reliable. I even recently dropped a pile of books on it but it keeps going and has been in use on and off with 8" and 5" and 3....

Re: Sunday with my SuperBoard II
20160122_175828_resize.jpg After a few days spent de-oxing connectors, scoping signals etc, I finally have a RAM/ROM board working with a temporary connection to the OSI bus on my SKIT502. The RAM worked at first power up but the ROM read incorrectly. This lead me to suspect the connectors on the 5...

Re: WinOSI lives!
the whole thing actually has a more "unfinished" feel This is a beta release from Mark as he states and released meantime to enable 65U boot in response to queries regarding this. And yes Quite an impressive set of changes. and I believe more to come. I would like to see AY3-8910 emulation as an ad...

Re: Memory locations in 65DV3.2 vs. V3.3
This is due to the fact that DOS3.3 uses a different video driver from 3.2. Cursor start and/or Pline values must be different between the drivers.
You will need to change 55106 and 55109 values appropriately to grab the correct sector and pg values from the screen.

Re: WTB: 502 CPU board
You may find you have problems still with a replacement CPU board. As Dave suggested those bus connectors are a major problem over time. This may help clean them up: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NyoGel-760G-Synthetic-Flashlight-Lubricant-grease-Made-in-USA-1oz-28g-JAR-/231268496481?hash=item35d8ad3461:g:...
