I've found a component supplier with IM-6100s in stock! And they have several hundred in the system! They're checking to make sure the items are actually there, and getting me a bulk discount quote put together.

Got the porthole working on the 560Z, so I was able to test the 12-bit features of this board. Memory and lamp register both work fine! Here's a shot of 1111 octal loaded into the lamp register:

I'll be contributing my Gerbers as well, of course. I'd like to build up a stock of reproduction boards and be able to offer full parts kits for them, with the bare boards available basically at-cost.

I got my 12-bit memory board up and going last night. It's got a 12-bit lamp register on it as well, addressable at any byte location in the 64K address space.
