Re: Sunday with my SuperBoard II

Hi Bill, Please forgive me if this is a stupid question. In your first post you posted this picture: Screen Shot 2015-05-04 at 2.01.37 PM.jpg The 8T28s (U6 and U7) on your Superboard that are used to buffer the data bus are not populated. How did it ever work without these inserted? Did you take the...

Re: Sunday with my SuperBoard II

Hi Bill, I have been reviewing your design along with the schematics of the 610 and 600 board and have been wondering about the DD line. To my (limited) understanding, the DD line is generated on whatever expansion board is plugged in and controls the data direction of the 8T28's on the 600 board. W...

Re: Where ...

Besides the very first C1P and Superboard I owned, I have picked up all my OSI units from eBay. The C4P and C4PMF were not working. My Superboard was purchased from a seller in the UK and I paid $370 plus shipping. The C4P had a dead CPU. I picked it up on eBay from a seller in Calgary for about $45...

I asked Grant the same question. He provided this link.

Re: Sunday with my SuperBoard II

I'm wondering if one of your 8T28's has gone flakey. Are you using 8T28's on both boards?

Re: Keyboard Switches

Here are a few photos of my old 'E' keyswitch next to my new 'E' keyswitch. The new one is the one with the red ring. Apart from the color of the bottom of the switch, they are identical.

After installing the new keyswitch, my 'E' key works perfectly!

Re: Keyboard Switches

I had them send it to my US address. It is a wonderful thing.

Re: Keyboard Switches

That's odd. I spent $36 and was only charged $9 for shipping. How many switches did you need, and where are you located? Perhaps I could send you some from my purchase.

Re: Nice C4PMF on ebay

Yes, definitely post photos. I will compare them to mine. I am getting close to getting mine working. I am also working on trying to get an alternative drive working.
