Nama is correct about leaving the drive alone, go one more step and unplug the 610. Most monitors with comp in should work, but not all can sync with the video rate. reseat all socketed chips, and watch out for bad ram. several members have interfaces to modern drive's like the one below the red lig...

one more thing

the memory board needs it own 5v supply, make sure it is powered buy one of the 2 supplies separately

That looks better, 5v is good, im gonna bet on a few bad 2114 ram chips, try pulling all the ram on the ram board leave in the first 2, then pop out the ram on the video board and swap with some of the ones you removed, if you have a tester then test them, I just bought a pile of nos 2114 and about ...

If you have a tv with composite in I would try using that and cut out the rf modulator , one less thing to worry about

Welcome!! it is very important to always check the power supplies in vintage computers before hand. check ,clean and reseat all connections and boards is the next step, then dig into the schematics. the Sams manual would be best for troubleshooting. And lastly a little off-topic, At the same place I got the 4P, I found an "OSI 510 CPU" in a sad little dust covered box. I couldn't find it on the hardware list so... what it it?

I have a started on a 620,630 and a 480 , it would be great if someone with a 48 pin buss could measure the spacing between the 4 molex connecters for me.
