Fabricating a 2P badge

Hi all,
As many of you know I have been restoring a Challenger 2P and the last thing I need to do is get an aluminium badge made and screen printed.
I was wondering if anyone with a 2P could take some simple measurements for me. Basically I need to know three measurements. The height and length of the aluminium badge itself, and lastly the length of the type 'CHALLENGER 2P', from the left edge of the 'C' the the right of the 'P'.
I will be looking for somewhere that can make this badge for me, but if anyone know of a good company please let me know.
While I was drawing the artwork for the 2P, I took the opportunity to also draw up the logo for the 1P too (see attached image). It's interesting to see how the two logos differ. The 1P has much tighter kerning and the word spacing between 'CHALLENGER' and '1P' is massive. The kerning on the 2P version is much looser but looks very amateurish in that the spacing is not even (or visually even). This is most obvious when you look at the letter spacing on either side of the 'G'. I have tried to retain all these aspects in the redrawn artwork.
Much thanks in advance.
Philip
