I have decided to try and replicate the 2 blank boards I have and keep them preserved.

I have almost completed the bottom side of the 610

Wow, that looks really nice!

I'm interested in what methods and tools are you using to replicate the board.

after googling for ever I found sprint layout , you can import top and bottom images and just trace them out, simple but time consuming and after its done it makes the gerber and drill files and your done. well worth the 60.00 .

there is a local pcb shop I will see what they can do, but im thinking they won't be cheap to make

Yes, the boards probably won't be cheap to make. However, OSI boards often didn't have solder masks or silk screens, so a prototype quality run should be authentic.

It should be possible, once you have gerbers and drill files, to import using a tool like Altium, and extract a netlist, and match that up with a separately entered schematic, and end up with a full design in an eCAD package. That may have some value as a starting point for variations, such as substituting currently available keys, replacing some hard-to-source chips, building a data-separator into the floppy interface, etc. If you're willing to share the gerbers, I'd be very interested to give that a try.

There's a CAD program currently being developed by Altium, called CircuitMaker, that seems like it will be a pretty powerful program available for free, the catch being that the design is hosted by Altium on the web. Perfect for OSI projects. I'm beta testing it, and it would be fun to see how it handles a Superboard or a 610 board.

Also, if you would be willing to share your scans, I would very much love to host them on this site. The higher the resolution, the better. . .

I can, but seems part of the images is always cut off.
