Hah, replacement RAM boards have to be the most common use for OSI 495 protoboards! The other original I know of is currently a RAM board, and I've been contacted through eBay by several bidders with a, "I want to make a RAM board..." type questions

And, that is, after all, pretty much what I wanted to do with one of these (plus a bit of other support stuff, since it's such a large board).
I was planning on doing a write-up for my RAM replacement (48K + 8K so one board even for CP/M), if it's something people are interested in I can do it as a step-by-step guide to building a RAM board.

Would be great to have a step-by-step guide!

Listed the remaining 3 spares:

$100 Buy It Now, feel free to make an offer. $100 each is a little less than what I have in them at this point. How quickly these go will probably determine if/when I do another run of them.
*** If you want one of these, please let me know! ***

I finally got to make a trip out to one of my vintage components suppliers yesterday, and returned with a box of 12-pin Molex KK-156 connectors! I'll be including a set of four natural nylon (the old translucent yellowish kind) connectors with the protoboards.

Alright, let's try this: $50 BIN, with connectors, plus shipping.

Posted a writeup on the creation:

I've started working on a RAM board using one of the 495 boards, so a writeup with directions + schematic should be coming soon!
